Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
6 c. quick oats1 c. brown sugar2 c. milk1 c. oil 4 eggs4 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. salt4 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 c. craisins ( optional)1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Directions
Combine the first eight ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Yield: 10 - 12 servings Recipe can be halfed.
