Ingredients:Onions, raw, 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 12 tbsp (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled (remove)Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove)Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .33 cup (remove)Parsley, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Put onions through processor, mix with all remaining ingredients. Spread on dehydrtator sheets. Dehydrate for 30-36 hours at 105.
