Creamy Tomato Soup

1 28oz. can crushed tomatoes3 red ripe medium tomatoes, diced.5 onion6T Olivio.25c. flour1.5t salt.5t pepper1.5t baking soda1c. skim milk10oz. chicken broth10oz. evaporated milk (can use skim)
Makes (8) 1 cup servings
Cook tomatoes and onion in Olivio until heated through. Blend in a blender until smooth and return to the pot. Combine the flour, salt & pepper and add to the pot. Add the baking soda, milk, broth, and ev. milk to pot. Stir and heat through for about 20 minutes. Serve with croutons.
