Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
3 cups regular oatmeal2 15 oz cans of black beans, drained4 large, ripe bananas1/2 cup honey6 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup cocoa powder2 tbsp cinnamon2 tsp vanilla2 tbsp baking powder
Directions
1. Use a food processor to cut the oatmeal to powder. Set aside.
2. Use a food processor to puree the black beans, bananas, honey, olive oil, and vanilla.
3. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, pureed bean mixture, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Add in the baking powder.
4. Drop onto a cookie sheet in 1 1/2 inch balls, flatten with a fork like peanut butter cookies.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours to bring out the flavors.
