3 large egg whites150 g white granulated sugara pinch of cream of tartar
Whip egg white in an electric mixer on high until foamy, add cream of tartar, whip again while adding granulated sugar, until the mixture is white and glossy.
Fill in a decorating tube or a plastic bag with a snipped off tip, form small round heaps on a baking sheet (use baking paper).
Bake in a preheated oven at 90 C for about 2 hours, let cool down.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 30 small meringues
