BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS MOIST

1 1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 cup yogurt, plain low fat1/2 cup milk, low fat12 tsp's splenda brown sugar or ( 1/4 cup )1/3 cup apple sauce regular i use lucky leaf (you can use any brand you like )2 bananas, large, ripe, mashed1 egg, large, lightly beaten1 1/2 cup oat flour(i make my own i use old fashion rolling oats in a blender /or grinder until consistancy of flour )1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
In a bowl mix together rolled oats, yogurt and milk. Let soak for 10 minutes.
Mix oat flour, salt, spices, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
Add brown sugar, mashed banana, egg and applesauce to rolled oats mixture. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients to the rolled oats mixture. Mix well. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes
in a 400 f oven
