PB Donut Baker Donuts

Ingredients
1 c. flour1/2 c. sugar1 T. baking powderMix dry ingredients thoroughly. Then add:1 egg1/2 c. milk (I use 2%)1/4 c. Reduced Sugar Peanut ButterThe batter will be a bit thick. I wound up adding about 1/4 c. more milk to achieve the right "pourable" consistency. Even so, the donuts came out much more dense than the previous recipes...but that's good, because they were much more filling!Note: I counted a single batch of 7 mini donuts to be one serving.

The times are pure estimation. I have a 2 1/2 year-old helping, so it takes me a lot longer to make anything than if I didn't have the help!
