Clam Chowder Zickafoose

Ingredients
3 c. diced potatoes2 c. diced sweet potatoes1 c. chopped onion1 diced small carrot 3"- 4" long1 minced garlic clove 1 c. soy milk 2 Tbs. cooked chopped bacon1 Tbs. butter1 Tbs. clam base (optional)1 6.5 oz. can minced clams (juice included) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all prepped vegetables into 4 quart stock pot bringing water just underneath the top of said veges.
Cook until tender, mash vegetables a little for a thicker base.
Add rest of ingredients, cook about 1 minute longer then serve at your desired tempature.
