1 scoop Whey Protein, Chocolate1 Cup Skim Milk1 Banana, sliced and frozen
Directions
I buy bananas in bulk when they are getting over ripe. I then cut them up and put each banana in its own snack baggie and freeze it. It makes this much more ice cream like with out watering it down.
