Leahs spanish rice

Ingredients
2 box of Zatarans Spanish Rice (without the tomatos)16 oz of shredded chuck beef. (precook or buy shredded).50 can of enchilda sauce (or more to taste)1 can of black beans (drained)
Directions
If you precook your beef, cook in crockpot til shredable or you can buy already shredded beef. Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook the time designated on the box of rice. Serves 8 You can eat with whole wheat flour tortillas.
