1 medium apple1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios1 individual serving fruit-flavored yogurtOptional:raisinswalnutsGrape Nuts cerealflax seeds (ground or whole)cinnamon to taste
Chop the apple and stir together the apple, Cheerios and yogurt. (and any optional ingredients you choose). Serve immediately. You can choose any type of apple, but I recommend a tarter apple with a sweeter yogurt, or vice-versa. You can use regular Cheerios instead of Honey Nut if you prefer. You can use any yogurt you like, including plain, but I recommend a cherry-flavored yogurt.
Note: This recipe is only vegetarian if the binder in the yogurt is vegetarian. Tip: Look for "pectin" instead of "gelatin" on the label.
