Easy, Low Cal Chicken Quesadilla

1/2 Chicken Breast, No SkinSprinkle of Penzey Spice Fajita Seasoning1 La Tortilla Factory Large Whole Wheat Tortilla1/4 Cup Fat Free Kraft Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup Part Skim-Low Moisture Shredded MozzarellaSpray Pam1 tbsp Water
Coat skillet with Pam. Place Chicken into pan, put 1 tbsp water and sprinkle Penzey Spice on Chicken. Cook Chicken through. Shred Chicken with fork.
Coat skillet with Pam. Place tortilla into Skillet. Cook both sides until a little bit crunchy. Place cheddar and mozzarella cheese onto tortilla and let melt. Place Chicken on top of melted cheese and fold over tortilla.
Cut into 4 triangle slices.
Enjoy with 1 tbsp salsa for dipping, only 10 cals!
