Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 greem pepper, seeded and chopped14 oz. pinto beans (no salt added)28 oz can diced tomatoes (no salt added)1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
Directions
1. brown ground beef with onion, garlic and green pepper
2. Add spices and beans, stir together for 1 minute.
3. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes stirring occassionally.
