Ingredients
Haricot Vert, 85 gram(s)1 c frozen carrotsSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp minced onion, 2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp Chicken stock, home-prepared, .5 cup Sunflower Seed Butter, 2 tbsp cooked penne, 380 gram(s)Sesame Seeds, .33 tbspRice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Saute veg in seasonings with cooking spray. Add stock and sunflower seed butter. Stir and allow to simmer until liquid reduces/thickens. Add rice wine vinegar and stir. Add cooked pasta and sesame seeds.
