Venison Curry

Ingredients
1 lb Venison steak cut up in thin slices1 onion diced3 potatos pealed and diced 1 red pepper sweet bell cubed1 cup diced green tomato (optional)3 T curry powder1 t ground ginger1 t salt5 cups water4 T cornstarch
Directions
Cut Venison into small pieces. Brown venison in oil add onion potatos, peppers, tomatos, curry,ginger salt, and 4 cups water. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 min. Mix corn starch with remaing cup of watter and add. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 min or till starch clears. Serve over rice. serving size appx. 1 cup
