Vegan veggie lunch wrap

Ingredients
1 Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch,2 tbsp Hummus.25 cup Cabbage shredded1 slice tomato chopped1 slice cucumber chopped2 tbsp Onions chopped2 tbsp Alfalfa sprouts4 spinach leaves
Directions
Chop veggies and set aside. I like to chop the tomato, cucumber and onion and mix together and set aside for a few hours.

Spread hummus on tortilla.

Lay spinach on hummus then add tomato, cucumber, and onion. Then add sprouts and cabbage.

Roll wrap and enjoy!

Add dressing or lemon juice for more flavor (not in calorie count)
