1/4 cup cocoa, dry powder (or carob powder)3 cups dried prunes soaked1/4 cup almonds1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds (or hemp seed meal)1/4 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 flax seed, ground6 TB lemon juice4 TB nutritional yeast1 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen is great)
This is actually a double batch so you may have to do 2 smaller batches if you have a small processor.
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until moderately well blended and seeds broken up. Spread in glass pan, put in fridge to set up, then you can cut into bars and store wrapped in wax paper or baggies, or the original glass container.
