Salmon Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1/2 can (3oz) skinless pink salmon in water, drained2 oz. light cream cheese1/2 tsp. lemon juicedash saltdash ground black pepperfresh dill for garnish (opitonal)
Directions
Makes 2 servings

Combine all of the ingredients ina a bowl. Use mixer on low speed until well blended. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Serve on celery sticks for quick breakfast
