Ingredients
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp*Cumin seed, 1 tsp*Russett Potato 3 medium*Carrott, Raw 3 LargeChili powder, 1 tsp *Coriander Seed, .33 tbsp *Ground tumeric, .25 tspSalt, .25 tspLemon juice of Half a Lemon
Directions
Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add potatoes. Fry for 3-4 minutes and add carrots. Stir mixture and sprinkle with salt and spices. Stir fry mixture for 1-2 minutes and then cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with a little water to help cook carrots. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
