125g Butter1 cup Sugar1 egg1 1/2 cup standard flour1 tsp baking powderpinch of salt2 TBs Cocoa1 cup roasted peanuts
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together. Mix into creamed mixture. Add peanuts and mix well. Roll tablespoons of batter into balls, and flatten with a fork on a cookie tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked
