Hannah's Seitan

Ingredients
Broth:10 C water1 C soy saucegarlic powder-to tasteonion powder- to taste1 bay leaf seitan:2 C vital wheat gluten2T nutritional yeast2T flour (any will do I use chickpea flour)1T Garlic powder1/2 t salt1T oil
Directions
Broth: mix all ingredients together in a large soup pot. set on low heat.
seitan:
mix vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, flour, garlic powder, and salt until everything is evenly incorperated. mix oil in until slightly crumbled. Pour 1.5 Cup of warm broth into gluten mix, and form a dough.
set broth to boil.
Knead dough until the outside is smooth and rubbery.
turn broth to a simmer. Simmer seitan covered for about an hour, or until seitan has doubled in size.
