Garlicky Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
-2 large eggs-1/3 cup egg beaters-1/2 cup cooked spinach (feel free to add more)-1 oz (1/4 cup) Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese-1 Clove garlic
Directions
Spray small nonstick pan. Press the garlic, mix all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, wait till edges solidify and there's just a pool in the middle, and then either broil till top is firm or flip the frittata and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
