Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Lbs Potatoes Peeled and Sliced Thinly2 Cups Diced Lean Ham6 ounces Cheddar Cheese (shredded)1/2 Onion Chopped Finely1 Can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup1 Cup Non-Fat Milk1 Tsp Salt2 Tsp Pepper
Directions
Mix together Milk, Condensed Soup and seasonings together in a bowl.
Combine Cheese, Onion and ham in a separate bowl.

Starting with potatoes first layer cheese and soup mix in three separate layers ending with cheese on top.

Cook in slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours

    I used the 'cream of' soup recipe instead of canned soup, left out the ham and added 3 sliced carrots to this. Sprinkled paprika over the top too. Yummy!! Added 2nd time: Left out carrots and ham, used cream of celery soup... still yummy!! - 6/26/11
