Low Fat Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove) *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 10 oz (remove) Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove) *Egg White - One Large Egg White, 2 serving (remove) *Eggland's Best Large Egg, 1 serving (remove) *White Onion (1 medium / 148g), 1 serving (remove) *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup (remove) *Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon (Smoke Cured Turkey Chopped & Formed) 1 slice = 1 serving, 3 serving (remove) Phyllo Dough, 3 sheet dough (remove)~Salt~Pepper~Oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Press dough into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan.

Heat small skillet, add onion and chopped bacon and saute until soft. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add all other ingredients, except for broccoli and parmesan. Mix. Fold in broccoli. Spoon onto crust, level surface and sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake until a knife comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
