Poi Mochi Balls

Ingredients
1 Bag of Poi, any brand1 C. Water, room temperature1 C. Granulated Sugar1 Box Mochiko/Rice Flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl till a nice consistency. Preheat a pot/frying pan/wok with oil inside to fry. Drop in nice ball size pieces into fryer till a nice golden brown.Lay poi balls on a rack to let oil drip off. Let cool for a little bit. best to eat while it is warm.
