Cheeseburger Casserole (Made with Ground Elk)

1.5 pounds ground Elk1 can of mushroom pieces and stems1/2 cup chopped white onion1 can of V8 juice (pop size can)1 can of Campbell's Tomato Soup3 cups (cooked) Catelli Smart Pasta Elbow Macaroni2 cups of cheddar cheese shredded
Boil macaroni for 8 minutes in pot. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground Elk in frying pan. Add mushrooms and onion. Add can of V8 juice. Stir through. Add can of tomato soup (do not add water). Stir through. Add cheese. Stir in macaroni. Transfer to lightly greased covered casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes about 10 - 1 cup servings
