Turnip Green Soup

Ingredients
16 oz. chopped, frozen Turnip Greens8 oz smoked sausage 1 can Ranch Style Beans1 Tbsp Dehydrated Bell Pepper Flakes1 Tbsp Dehydrated Onion Flakes1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Zatarain's (or other) Creole Seasoning6 cups waterhot sauce
Directions
Slice sausage thinly then place all ingredients except hot sauce into a 4-6 quart dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Season in bowl with hot sauce to taste. Makes approximately 8 servings.
