Zucchini Shreds

Ingredients
Zucchini, 5 medium sizeGarlic, 3 tsp worthButter, salted, 2 patsBlack pepper, to taste
Directions
Using a julienne peeler, shred the zucchini all the way. (I use the skin as well, makes a nice color contrast. Melt butter in pan, toss in garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add zucchini and toss to cook. 4 minutes later. Serve.
