Italian Meat Sauce

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (Organic) 1/2 tbsp *Beef Lean Stew Meat, 1 lb.Salt, 1 tsp *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1/2 cup *Italian Herb Seasoning, 1 TBSP*Garlic (Minced in Water), 2 TBSPAllspice, 1/4 tsp Organic Crushed Tomatoes w/ Basil, 28 oz *water, filtered, 1/2 cup
Directions
Brown meat in olive oil, add onion and saute until tender. Add herbs, salt, garlic; stir, cooking over medium heat 1-2 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes and water, stir, reduce heat to low and simmer for about one hour to meld flavors. Serve over gluten free pasta.
