Portuguese Style Kale with White Beans and Vegan Chorizo

Ingredients
Roughly 1/2 package of vegan chorizoDe-stemmed chopped kale One can of white beans2 Tbsp. Oil 1-2 cups water
Directions
1. Saute chorizo in oil until warm
2. Add rinsed beans
3. Add kale and enough water for steam
4. Cover to wilt kale
5. Stir and Serve
