Serving Size: 8 1-CUP SERVINGS
Wash and slice bittermelon into aprox 1" slice (remove seeds)
In a saute pan - add oil, saute onions. When translucent add bittermelon, garlic , ginger and salt to taste.
On medium heat cook while stirring occasionaly so that it doesnt get burned or sticks to bottom of pan. When 3/4 done add lemon juice and sugar. - will be done when it becomes soft all the way through.
