Quick Stewed (kind of) Chicken and Tomatoes

Ingredients
Muir Glen Crushed Tomatoes w/ Basil, 56 oz, 2 large cansRotisserie Chicken, 16 oz shreddedOnions, raw, 4 small , chopped, or 4 cupsOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 clove
Directions
Chop onions and throw into a pot with the olive oil on medium heat, stirring occasionally for approximately 10-15 minutes until a brown caramel color,

While onions caramelize, shred chicken, and set aside leg bones and whole wings

Add everything into the pot and bring to a strong simmer for at least 30 minutes, more if desired.

Serve with rice, pasta, or good crusty bread!
