Low sodium turkey chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 cup onion, sliced1 cup green pepper chopped1-2 tbs. chili powderdash paprikadash cayenne pepper3 whole cloves1 bay leaf1-15 oz can low sodium kidney beans
Directions
Brown ground turkey, onions and green pepper in a skillet sprayed with Pam or other cooking spray. Place in a pot. Add other ingredients. Stir and cover. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 90 minutes. Add beans and heat for another 30 minutes. Serve plain or over brown rice. Makes 6, one cup servings.
