Grilled vegetable medley

Ingredients
1 medium red pepper cut into strips1 medium orange pepper cut into strips1 medium yellow pepper cut into strips1 medium yellow zucchini sliced about 1/2" thick5-6 asparagus stalks cut into 1" pieces4-5 radishes cut in half or quarters if large2 garlic cloves finely minced1 tbsp dried parsley1 tbsp dried basilSalt & Pepper to taste2-3 tbsp extra light olive oil (or enough to coat vegetables2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients ( except parmesan cheese )in a large bowl. Let marinate for 1/2 hr or longer. Drain oil if needed. Have your grill set on medium high. Place vegetables in grilling basket. Stir often. Grill until tender but still slightly crisp - about 10-15 min. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you wish.
