Tomato Salad

Ingredients
Three pints of grape or cherry tomatoesTwo large cucumbers1/4 cup sesame oil2 Tbs Adobo powderDiced cilantro (option)
Directions
Slice tomatoes in half, add to large bowl.
Peel and dice cucumber, add to tomatoes.
Drizzle sesame oil over vegetables.
Sprinkle Adobo powder over vegetables and stir to combine.
If adding cilantro, add most and stir to combine.
Top with additional cilantro.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
