Open Faced Fried Egg Bagel Sandwich

Half of half a bagel1 fried egg2 slices of ham (chopped)1/4 cup spinach
1. Cut half a bagel in half. It's cheaper than buying thins. Toast the bagel.
2. Once the bagel is done, top with the spinach. Season to taste.
3. Fry the egg and and once it is done, toss the chopped ham on to warm it up.
4. Top the spinach with the ham, followed by the egg.
Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
