Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
1C chopped onion5 cloves, chopped garlic1 TBSP olive oil3 cans whole tomatoes2C chicken broth1C whole milk1.5C whipping cream1/2 stick butter2 handfuls of basil
Directions
Chop onion and garlic; add to large simmer pot and cook until translusent. Add tomatoes (28 oz cans) and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Once at a boil, turn off heat. Place in a blender, along with the basil, and blend until smooth. Add cream, milk, salt, pepper and butter. Place back on low heat, serve.
