Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries ( I freeze mine to get thicker consistency in smoothies)1 cup fat free Vanilla Yogurt1/4 cup fat free skim milk2 scoops whey protein powder
Directions
combine strawberries and yogurt in blender. blend until smooth. add protein powder and milk and blend on low setting ( I use low, stir setting) until smooth. Waiting to add powder and milk and finishing on slow setting keeps it from getting frothy. If too thick add a little more milk or water to thin.

Serving Size: makes 2, 8-10 oz each
