Southwestern Spaghetti Squash Salad

1 spaghetti squash1 can black beans1 can corn2-3 tomatoes, chopped1 bell pepper, choppedcilantro - about half a busheldressing:2T lime juice2T balsamic vinegar1 T cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Poke holes all around spaghetti squash, microwave on high for about 15 minutes, turning every 5. Cut in half, remove seeds, scrap out squash with a fork.
Combine squash, beans, corn, tomatoes, pepper and cilantro in bowl. In a separate bowl, disolve cumin in lime juice, then add balsamic vinegar. Pour over veggies and mix well. Serve warm or cold, makes 8 1-cup servings.
