Romaine with Parmesan Vinaigrette

Ingredients
*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp (remove)Whole Grain Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients in a jar. Shake to combine. Add oil. Shake again. Season with salt and pepper.Drizzle romaine with dressing.

    I didn't have any Worcestershire Sauce and on hand I only had honey mustard - it was still really good, simple, easy, and quick. I can imagine adding chicken and making it a meal. - 5/27/11
