Sarah's Chocolate Tofu Pudding

7 oz. (1/2 block) silken soft tofu (in water, drained)3/4 cup milk chocolate chips1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 tablespoons Original Kahlua Coffee Liqueur1 tablespoon honey4 Famous Chocolate Wafer cookiesFat Free Reddi Whip
Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds and mix with a spatula. heat again an dmix. Do this until the chips are completely melted. Combine all ingredients in a small blender cup fitted with mixing blade. Mix until completely smooth.
In a separate small blender cup, pulverize chocolate wafer cookies until consistency of sand. Distribute among 4 small cups. Divide pudding equally among 4 cups. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Top with whipped cream topping.
