Ingredients
4 97% fat free Hebrew Dogs1 Cup Bell Pepper strips1 Cup onion diced1 Can Green Chile Enchilada sauce1/4 cup vegetable Broth1/2 Cup Lowfat Cheddar2 Oz Barilla Penne Plus pastaMrs Dash Garlic & Herb
Directions
boil hotdogs, slice and return to the pan with the onion and Mrs Dash to taste
Fry up until onion is translucent
add veg. broth peppers and enchilada sauce
bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.
split pasta and put on a plate
split cheese and sprinkle on plates
cover with hotdog sauce
