Ingredients
Chicken Thighs, 5 lb. package Long Grain Brown Rice (uncooked), 1.25 cup Fit & Active cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans Mushrooms, canned, 2 4-oz cans Organic French Onion Dip mix, 1 pkg
Directions
In greased crock pot, mix soup, mushrooms, and rice. Layer chicken thighs on top. Sprinkle with French Onion dip mix. Cook on Low 6-7 hours.
