Balsamic Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing

2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp minced garlic (fresh or from a jar)1 tsp Cracked Pepper1 packet of Splenda
Mix all ingredients in an air tight container. Mix or shake until thoroughly blended. Shake each time you use it. Keep it in the fridge.
A little of this goes a long way. It coats your salad really well. Despite the high caloric and fat content, the lack of sodium (overly-abundant in most salad dressings) and the monounsaturated fat in this dressing are well worth it.
