Vegetable soup with rice

Ingredients
100% vegetable juicecarrotsred baby potatoesleeksoniongarlicbroccoli slawwhit rice pre-cooked
Directions
saute the onion and garlic
peel and cube the potatoes and carrots
place the potatoes and carrots in a large pan add juice and vegetables all but the slaw and rice.
Simmer until potaotes and carrots are tender then add the slaw and rice simmer until slaw and rice are warm
serve.

Serving Size: makes about 20 servings 1 cup each
