1 lb lean ground beef10 oz pork loin (left over)0.5 cup green pepper minced0.5 cup onion minced2 cloves garlic8 oz salsa1 can beef broth3 tbsp chili powder1.5 tbsp cumin ground1 tsp garlic powder1 large can whole tomatoes no salt added, crush by hand1/8 almond flour
brown ground beef along with onion, green pepper, and garlic. dice pork loin. mix with remaining ingredients. simmer for a couple hours or place in crock pot or slow cooker for 4 hours on high.
