Ingredients
2 - 8oz pkgs of Neufchatchatel Cheese1 1/2 - cup 1%milk1/2 -stick of butter1 - tbsp of Mrs. Dash1 - tbsp of garlic powder1 - tbsp of onion powder1 - tbsp of black pepper2 - lbs of elbow macaroni32 - oz of par skim ricotta7 - oz of 2% mozzarella14 -oz of 2% sharp cheddar1 1/4 - cup of reduced fat sour cream1/4 - cup of egg whites
Directions
melt butter and seasonings, add milk and cheese let cook until fully melted add egg whites. Add to cooked elbow macaroni put in casserole dish and cook in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown

    I have always LOVED mac and cheese!!!! But when I first met my fiance's family, not only fell in love with the family but this awesome recipe! Thank goodness we made it with fat free or reduced fat products! It was awesome!!! Make it and then freeze 1/2 cup portions for another time :) - 5/30/11
