1 package of smart ground 1 bag instant brown rice (type that cooks in microwave in 1 minute)1 can drained corn or equivalent of frozen corn1 can drained and rinsed black beans1 jar salsa (or black bean salsa)Layer all in a microwaveable dish. Cook on high for 12 minutes. Optional - top casserole with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
