Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
24oz Market Pantry Neufchatel Cheese2 Boneless Whole Chicken Breast2 Large Stalks of Celery, diced1.5 Cups of Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Directions
Cook chicken breast. Season to taste. Let cool.
Melt neufchatel cheese over medium high heat in large pot.
Add hot sauce and celery. Stir until creamy.
Stir in chicken.
Transfer to 2quart serving dish and enjoy with tortilla chips, bagel crips, pita chips, or whatever chip/bread you like!

    I make an easier version of this recipe. I used canned chicken and put 2 or 3 lg cans into a bowl, add cream cheese and franks sauce with a little ff ranch to taste and then microwave it all so you can mix it up. Once mixed, I put in a mini slow cooker to serve and keep warm - 7/17/11
