Protein Packed Mini Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
8 oz - Ground Turkey .25 cup - Milk 1 cup - Fresh Spinach (chopped) 1/2 Large Red Pepper (chopped)1 Small Onion (chopped) Salt and Pepper to tasteCayenne PepperGarlic Powder(you can add feta cheese if you like, it goes well with this)
Directions
Chop spinach, onion and red pepper and add to bowl
Add ground turkey (or ground chicken)
Crack 6 eggs into bowl and add milk
Add spices to bowl
Mix ingredients together
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray
Add egg mixture to muffin tins and bake for 40 minutes at 350F degrees
